Q1

Q:

If I need to vary the arrangements of a conveyance for which a "Permit to Move Radioactive Substance" has already been granted, what should I do?

A:

You may apply for an amendment of the permit in writing by specifying the changes and appending the relevant supporting document(s) to the Radiation Board. Please make sure that your Radioactive Substances License permits you to carry out the conveyance of the concerned radioactive substances from the place of origin to the place of destination.
