Amendments on Radiation (Control of Irradiating Apparatus) Regulations

In view of the relevant amendments made by the Dentists Registration (Amendment) Ordinance 2024, amendments have been made on Regulation 2 concerning the interpretation of dental practitioner (牙醫) and on Schedule 3 concerning restriction on use of irradiating apparatus of the Radiation (Control of Irradiating Apparatus) Regulations (Cap 303B, Laws of Hong Kong).  The aforesaid amended provisions are accessible at https://www.elegislation.gov.hk/hk/cap303B?xpid=ID_1438402961985_001 and https://www.elegislation.gov.hk/hk/cap303B?xpid=ID_1438402962328_002 .
